Consultations to Dress your home for viewings

Consultations for our pre-sale room remodelling service is most beneficial to sellers. We ensure rooms are most appealing to potential buyers on viewing days. Placing focal points to catch the eye as the potential buyers enter rooms.

• Consultations
  At our initial consultation, we take notes of client's requirements, expectations, and style choices.
• Sizing
  Request a floor plan from your client which you can use to create drawings representing placing of furnishings and fittings. Focus on improving aesthetics in rooms and offices. Paint, carpets, flooring, cabinet, desks, mirrors, wallpaper etc... all add to making the room look lighter and larger.
• Rooms
  New furniture, carpets, laminate flooring, lighting, cupboards, curtains, or blinds.
• Bathrooms
  Keeping existing or adding new bath, shower, basin, and toilet. Re tiling. Painting ceiling and walls with water resistant paint. New curtains or blinds. New mirror and vanities. Lighting and heating device and heated towel rails.
• Kitchens
  Sprucing up existing cabinets or replacing them. Keeping or replacing sink, tiles, flooring, lights, and blinds.
• Budget
  This is very important and hopefully the client has a fixed figure in mind. Some have an idea of a budget and add and delete items as the project evolves, not the ideal situation.
• Timeline
  This is the most important element of the initial consultation. Leave some wiggle room to cover yourself.
